➛I know a lot of folks are struggling in various ways. The re-set is meant to realign – to orient – to gain a bit of clarity, and to be proud(er) of who you are and what you do.

➛Even if you aren’t struggling, if you don’t already have a solid AM routine, this could be an opportunity to greater awareness and more awesome-ness.

The re-set consists of three main actions, done each day, BEFORE the beginning of the workday (or other scheduled commitments):

(1) Getting outside for at least 20 minutes — I plan to go rain or shine. More below on the benefits to your health (brain, body, mental health) of being in nature.

(2) Grooming and dressing for the day — My WFH wardrobe is definitely different from office attire, but the idea is to clean up, put on something you feel good wearing, and bonus points for donning shoes with laces!

(3) Pre-viewing or pre-paving the day — Use my worksheet (calendar and/or WFH sheet) to look ahead at the day and consider the strengths and positive qualities you bring to your work, your colleagues, and those you serve.
